Episodes of fatigue, depression, or other symptoms occur occassionally but do not disrupt activities.
Fair (70): frequent or persistent physical, mental, or emotional symptoms
Fatigue, depression, or other health problems are frequent or persistent and may interfere with activities.
Poor (60): a major health disorder is unresolved but stable
Problems related to a persistent major health disorder appear to be under control.
Failing (50): a major health disorder appears to be getting worse
