General Guidelines On Dietary Supplement Usage

If you are pregnant, nursing, under medical care, or require medical attention, please consult your doctor for guidance on dietary supplement usage and personal healthcare. Otherwise, you may contact us if you have questions or need assistance.

Usage

Unless otherwise directed by your doctor, we suggest that you begin new dietary supplements one at a time, allowing at least 2-3 days before taking another. This enables you to see how your body responds to each new product. It also helps your body adjust to changes.

Sensitivities

If you have food sensitivities, please check product ingredients before ordering. If your doctor recommended a product that does not agree with you, ask your doctor about alternatives. If we had suggested that you try the product, please contact us about the problem. Either way, you are protected by our return policy.

Detoxification

Unless otherwise directed by your doctor, we suggest drinking 8 to 10 glasses of pure water daily to help cleanse your system and reduce detoxification effects that occasionally develop, such as mild headache, fatigue, bloating, or other discomfort. If these symptoms occur, they are usually mild and last only a few days. If necessary, you may want to contact your doctor for instructions or reduce the amount of each dietary supplement taken by half, then resume normal usage after 1-2 weeks.

Product Care

Keep dietary supplements in a cool, dry place out of the reach of children. Refrigerate liquid products after opening if directed to do so. For convenience when traveling, alternatives to liquid products are available.
