To all customers and guests:

A new website under construction will eventually replace this one. It will offer researchers, healthcare providers, and consumers important information not easily obtained elsewhere.
Having given some thought as to what I might say here in the interim, I recommend the following top priorities that affect your body chemistry directly:
  1. Eat right. Become familiar with scientific research on the relationships between diet and disease. A good place to start is to read the book about the most comprehensive study of nutrition ever conducted, The China Study.
  2. Avoid exposure to toxic chemicals. Most commercial household cleaning products are toxic and promote disease by physical contact or by inhaling their odors and fumes. These products are also responsible for many deaths reported from the accidental poisoning of children. Feel free to email us to learn about cost-effective, non-toxic alternatives that work better than harsh chemicals and poisons.
  3. Avoid junk vitamins, etc. In general, the best dietary supplements and functional foods are derived from natural sources, not synthetic chemicals. There are, however, a few remarkable exceptions to this rule.
The foregoing and much more will be clearly documented when this website is replaced with the one under construction. To assure that you are notified when this occurs, please email us with Please Notify in the subject line.
Take care and be well,
